Please include the app version, your iPhone or iPad model, iOS version and what happened. A puzzle name or screenshot can help. Never send passwords, full payment card details or unnecessary personal information.

Restore No Ads + Extras

Open Settings in Worm Garden, choose No Ads + Extras, then Restore purchases. Use the Apple Account that made the original purchase and check your internet connection. A purchase awaiting Apple approval becomes available after approval. If restoration fails, tell us the error message; you do not need to buy it again to troubleshoot.

Restore purchases restores the eligible permanent purchase. It does not restore your local puzzle progress or spent consumables.

What does No Ads + Extras include?

In version 1.2 and later, this permanent purchase removes rewarded and interstitial ads, gives unlimited Undo in Gardens, one free second chance per Daily attempt, and the gardener gift without a video under its normal availability rules. Other video rewards are not automatically granted. There is no subscription. Earlier version 1.0 provided unlimited path hints and a free +3-move boost per attempt in its original puzzle mode.

Missing supplies or a purchase?

Gardener’s Bundle contains 150 Dewdrops and 3 each of Shovel, Fertilizer and Seed; no Drops. Play On Pack contains 10 Story Rewinds, 3 Move Boosts (+5 moves in a limited Story bed, once per attempt), and 5 Daily drops. Both are consumables available in version 1.2 and later. Purchased Daily drops are separate from earned drops and do not expire.

Contact us with the transaction date and the problem before deleting the app. Do not send card details or your Apple password. Used supplies and deleted local balances cannot be recreated through Restore purchases. Apple sandbox transactions are tests.

Privacy choices in version 1.3

Optional analytics and advertising attribution are in Settings. Analytics remains off until accepted. Advertising attribution additionally needs Apple tracking permission; it does not affect free Story Retry or progression. To change Apple permission, use device Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. For a data request, include the Privacy request ID shown in the game. Advertising privacy choices, when required by Google UMP, are a separate Settings item.

Keep your progress safe

Progress is stored on your device. There is no player account or developer-operated cloud save. Avoid deleting the app as a troubleshooting step. If you want to delete local data, use iOS Settings → General → iPhone Storage → Worm Garden → Delete App. Offload App retains documents and data. Manage device backups separately; a restored backup may restore app data.
