Can I download the game?
How Cat Are You? is coming soon on the App Store for iPhone. The game page will show a download button when it is available.
What can I play?
Explore 14 shops, take a Smash Rush break or try Night Delivery, an endless run with free tries every day and new goals every week.
How do I change the language?
The language is set automatically from your iPhone language. In Settings → Language, leave AUTO selected to follow your iPhone or choose one of the 12 game languages.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open Settings → Restore purchases with the Apple Account that made the purchase and an internet connection. If something is missing, send us the product name, purchase date and any error shown. Do not buy it again to troubleshoot.
Restoring Night Bundle brings back the Event Crown; the five tries are a one-time gift. See what each purchase includes.
Why do I still see videos after buying No Ads?
No Ads removes ads between shifts. Rewarded videos remain optional and do not play unless you choose them. Starter already includes No Ads.
Why is there no video or reward?
Videos and purchases need an internet connection. Sometimes there is no video to show; try again later. Watch the video to the end to earn its reward. If it finishes but the reward is missing, contact us.
Can I move my progress to another iPhone?
Progress is stored on your device, with no player account or developer-operated cloud save. Restore purchases recovers eligible permanent purchases, not shift progress or earned items. A device backup may restore app data. Contact us before deleting or reinstalling the game if you want to keep your progress.
How do I delete local progress?
Use iOS Settings → General → iPhone Storage → How Cat Are You? → Delete App. Offload App keeps data. Device backups may retain app data; manage them separately. Deleting the app does not delete Apple purchase records or data already held by service providers. See your privacy rights for deletion requests.
How do I turn off analytics or crash reports?
Use Settings → Analytics or Settings → Crash reports. These are separate controls; crash reports are on by default. Firebase Analytics and AppsFlyer stay off until Google’s privacy check resolves. In the EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland, they start only after consent; elsewhere, they are on by default after the check. You can also review applicable regional choices in Settings → Privacy choices. See the Privacy Policy for details.
How do I turn off reminders?
Use iOS Settings → Notifications → How Cat Are You?.
How do I request a refund?
Apple handles payments and refund requests. Follow Apple’s refund instructions. Your statutory consumer rights still apply.
